Today marks Provost candidate Michael Mezey’s final day on campus. During his two-day visit, Mezey has undergone extensive interviews, toured the campus, and met with faculty, staff and administrators. Mezey is the first of four Provost candidates to visit SMU in the coming weeks. Later today, Mezey will meet with Student Senate to briefly ask and answer any questions. Currently, Mezey serves as Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at DePaul University in Chicago, Ill.
