Now that Elle Woods has conquered Harvard Law, she’s upfor her big promotion at the firm, but finds that she will eitherhave to compromise her morals as an animal lover and accept apromising promotion or seek justice by making animal testingillegal.
With Bruiser Woods, her chihuahua, and her boyfriend Emmett,played by Luke Wilson, Elle opts to head for Washington.

Unlike the first Blonde, there’s no cheatingboyfriend or Harvard Law professor to impress.

You already know that there’s some predictability to theplot, but it’s fun to watch. There are even a fewtwists to keep your attention. There’s even achoreographed dance in there to wiggle your booty to. So,while you’re being entertained, you’ll not only havesome groovy tunes stuck in your head, you’ll be privy to someof the latest fashions to hit the scene.
