Burn calories on the elliptical machines while watching your favorite TV show, light weights and run on the upstairs track. You can even cool off and swim some laps in the indoor pool.
– Join a Group X class. Yoga and spinning are just two of the several classes available to students. Passes cost just $45 for the fall semester. Visit the front desk at Dedman to get your pass today.
– Hire a personal trainer to help shed those extra pounds. All trainers are professionally certified and offer a fitness assessment test and different amounts of training sessions depending on the purchased package.
– Join an intramural team to stay active and engage in some friendly competition with your friends. Flag football, soccer and sand volleyball are three of the five sports going on in the fall.
