Fans wanting to celebrate the women’s basketball team’s conference championship can do so in several ways.
C-USA championship hats and t-shirts, the ones worn by the team on the court after the victory, will be for sale by the end of the week on SMUMustangs.com. Athletic department officials say pricing is still being determined.
The Ten Sports Grill will be the site of the official watch party for the bracket announcement. Festivities begin at 6 p.m., when the selection show goes on the air on ESPN.
At 7 p.m., head coach Rhonda Rompola will be a guest on men’s coach Matt Doherty’s radio show.
Ten Sports Grill is located on Main St. in downtown Dallas.
More events celebrating the team’s conference championship and trip to the NCAA will be announced in the coming days.
