Dear Editor,
Seeing yesterday’s article and feature photo of the newlyadmitted first-years passing through the Rotunda, I was reminded ofhow special that experience was for me.
As I look forward to passing through the Rotunda the oppositeway after graduation next May, I am reminded of all the good timesand adventures that followed my own passage through the Rotundafour years ago.
I hope all the first-years will take pride in all the traditionsand spirit that make SMU such a special place.
I will always remember walking through the Rotunda with thepeople I’ve spent so much time with these past threeyears.
After graduation though, I won’t just be walking out withthese people. Instead, we will be embarking on a remarkable journeytogether because we are just beginning our lifelongfriendships.
Hope to see you all at the stadium Sept. 4. Go Mustangs!
