As football season winds down, SMU students’ attentions are turning elsewhere – basketball.
With the help of Hall of Fame coach Larry Brown, the men’s basketball team entered the 2014-15 season ranked 22nd in the AP Poll and have managed to hold onto that spot for the season’s second week.
Tonight the team is in Indiana to face-off against the unranked 2-0 Hoosiers. It’s a big game for the Mustangs, who are looking for their second win of the season after a 72-56 loss Monday night to number 13 Gonzaga.
An SMU-sponsored watch party is being held at the Dave & Busters near Walnut and 75 starting at 7 p.m.
