Registration for SMU’s Advanced Placement Summer Institution opens February 2.
At the institution—which is held at the SMU-in-Plano campus—AP and Pre-AP teachers spend four days learning the latest developments and curriculum changes in Advanced Placement Program education.
“Our institute is beneficial for teachers as it provides them with the proper resources to teach AP courses and allows them the opportunity to exchange ideas and teaching strategies with other teachers from around the United States,” said Renee Moore, director of the AP Summer Institute.
All of the institute workshops are run by College Board endorsed master teachers.
