Ingredients:
Bars:2 cups flour1 tsp. salt1 tsp. baking soda2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. cinnamon | 1 tsp. ground ginger1/2 tsp. ground cloves1 cup oil4 eggs1 2/3 cups granulated sugar1 15-ounce canned pumpkin | Frosting:4 ounces cream cheese1 stick butter1 tsp. vanilla 2 cups powdered sugar |
Directions:Combine flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger and ground cloves in a medium bowl and set aside. In a large bowl, combine oil, eggs, sugar and pumpkin and blend well. Gradually stir in the flour mixture. Stir well and pour into a lightly sprayed 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes and let cool.
Mix all frosting ingredients with electric beater until smooth and creamy. Spread the cooled pumpkin bars with the cream cheese frosting and enjoy!
