SMU men’s basketball Head Coach Larry Brown is set to host his annual coaching clinic on Oct. 4, 2015 at Moody Coliseum.
The clinic will bring other head coaches, like Brad Underwood of Stephen F. Austin, Willis Wilson of Texas A&M Corpus Cristi, and Jim Hayford of Eastern Washington University, to the SMU campus. Fran Fraschilla, an ESPN commentator and analyst and former coach, will also be featured at the event.
“This is always a great opportunity for coaches to come together, share knowledge and help our game,” Brown said in a press release. “We are very fortunate to have some great coaches share their philosophies and techniques with us.”
Check-in for the event will begin at 8 a.m., with the clinic lasting from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Coaches and fans are welcome, but student athletes in seventh through twelfth grades or junior college with recruitment eligibility are not permitted.
The cost of attendance is $50 with pre-registration and $65 on the morning of the event. This fee also includes admission to guest lectures, question and answer sessions, and lunch.
