Budding conductors will show off their skills this weekend at the Meadows Chamber Orchestra Student Conductors’ Concert.
The free concert will run at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 12 and 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 14.
The show will be held at Caruth Auditorium in the Owen Arts Center and will feature students in the orchestral conducting master’s program.
The master’s students will be conducting a smaller-scale version of concerts by undergraduate musicians in the Meadows Symphony Orchestra. The event will also highlight winners of the Meadows Undergraduate Concerto Competition.
