Some students who were remote last semester decided to return to campus for in-person instruction for the spring. Learning remotely took a toll on many students’ grades and mental health. Although the pandemic is still ongoing, some students who have returned for in-person learning feel that SMU is doing a good job at keeping people safe while being able to attend class.
