SMU issued a criminal trespass warning for Eric Tacker, commonly known on campus as ‘SMU Fryguy,” on Aug. 22.
“The university received complaints that he repeatedly attended campus events to which he was not invited,” according to a statement from SMU.
Tacker is an employee of a campus vendor, Aramark. He works in Mac’s place, which is located on the first floor of McElvaney dorm.
Aramark has been contacted but cannot comment at this time.
