The Health Center is now open from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Immediate transportation to local hospitals will be available via a mobile intensive care unit, which will be parked behind the Health Center. The Center will also house a paramedic and an emergency medical technician during the extended hours.
Executive Director of Health Services Patrick A. Hite announced the new hours in an email to students, saying “These new hours and services, which are the result of a recommendation by the President’s Task Force on Substance Abuse but apply to those seeking medical attention for any reason, will be available whenever school is in session during the fall and spring semesters.”
