Western Union telegrams from 1944 are displayed on top of a U.S. Army map of Germany in the foyer of Fondren Library.

(Inset) Grenade cartridges and ammunition from World War II are among the artifacts on display. The telegrams, maps and other World War II artifacts are on display to celebrate the 65th anniversary of the Edwin J. Foscue Map Library at SMU.
