Barenaked, and lovin’ it

The Canadian band, known for songs such as “OneWeek” and “Brian Wilson,” played for about twohours to a nearly packed house in McFarlin Auditorium on Sundaynight, offering fans a fun, fresh concert.

The Peepshow Tour got its name from the question-and-answersession of the concert.

Many audience members asked about the meaning of certain songs, but then there was BNL fan, Brad, who asked if he could play thedrums.

Although he did not know how to play the drums, BNL thought itwas such an interesting request, they granted his wish, sortof.

Brad had the opportunity to sit at the drums while drummer,Tyler Stewart, played around him.

Not only did Brad get to fake being a star while the band sangan impromptu song about him on his way to the stage, but the lastsong of the set was dedicated to him.

Most of the songs BNL played were from their new album,Everything for Everyone, but they still included old favorites suchas “Old Apartment,” “Pinch Me” and”It’s all been Done Before.”

The new album is in line with the style that BNL is known for:happy, poppy music that has some humorous and sometimes strangelyrics.
