Re-booting

Well, it’s a new year, and you want to know what’s going to be hot in this season right? The hottest trend for this winter are not-so-ordinary boots that can give any outfit some needed flare! No matter what your style is, there is a perfect pair of boots just for you. Tall boots, ankle boots and cowboy boots are what celebrities like Nicole Riche, Jennifer Aniston and Jessica Simpson are rocking this season. Don’t be afraid to explore different colors, textures and heel heights in search for your signature look this season. Here are three of the season’s top looks.

Textured Boots:

Tapestries, velvets, suedes, shearling boots, boots topped with faux fur and even sweater boots are incredibly hot right now in an effort to keep you warm. But remember, heavily textured footwear works best with simpler clothes. This pair is by Mukluk and is available at Nordstrom.

Equestrian-Styled Boots:

Matte or shiny leather material gives you some options. Look for flat heels, clean lines and tall shafts when shopping for riding boots.

This pair is by Miss Sixty and is available at Urban Outfitters.

Western Boots:

This style has made it’s way from casual ankle boots to dressier high heels, but there’s no need to go over the top with a full-fledged hee-haw cowboy boot. Look for something with just a hint of western spice to make this style reminiscent of classic cowboy-cool, yet contemporary as well. The boot to the left is by designer Matisse and can be purchased at Nordstrom.
