Applications are now available for Student Senate’s fall scholarships. All forms are available online at www.smu.edu/studentsenate.

Each application needs to include two recommendations from any SMU staff, faculty or administration member in addition to specific requirements for each individual application.

Applications are due Friday, Oct. 14, 2005 at 5 p.m..

Undergraduate Scholarships

University Memorial scholarship

$1,500, minimum 3.0 GPA

James J. Saccacio scholarship

$1,500 , minimum 2.5 GPA

Elizabeth Lee Evans Memorial scholarship

$1,000, minimum 3.0 GPA

Oaklawn Foundation scholarship

$1,000, minimum 2.5 GPA

Robert Burrell Student Fellowship and Involvement scholarship

$1,000, minimum 3.0 GPA

Graduate Scholarships

Laura Kittinger/Class of 1984 scholarship for grad students who graduated from SMU within the past six months

$1000, minimum 3.0 GPA

Nancy Underwood scholarship

$1,000, demonstrate leadership in a chosen field

Willis Tate Academic and Scholastic Scholarship

$1,000, minimum 3.5 GPA
