Over the weekend, the SMU Health Center flooded after a water pipe burst in the front area of the building.
Monday morning, Health Center staff discovered that two-thirds of the center was covered in more than an inch of water.
The Health Center was closed Monday, because of the water, and reopened on Tuesday.
Students must use the west or south doors when entering the Health Center, as all services have moved to the back section of the building until the water damage is completely cleared.
The Health Center staff would like students to call 214-768-2141 and make an appointment before going in the building.
The center hopes to fully reopen after spring break and encourages students to schedule appointments then.
