Lync Cycling works closely with SMU greek life and offers a Greek Challenge a few times a semester allowing SMU student to compete against each other and receive incentives for winning.
3. City Surf Fitness
City Surf Fitness, a unique 50-minute workout taken place on a moving surfboard, is not only fun and different, but will leave you sore and exhausted. City Surf Fitness focuses on finding enjoyment in working out as well as challenging yourself to make small progress with each class. The team at City Surf Fitness works to, “Promote happiness through a healthy active lifestyle culture,” according to their website.
Each of these three studios offers unlimited monthly memberships and a variety of class times. With only a few weeks of school left, step out of Dedman and try something new to get your summer body in tip-top shape.
