Disappointed in theadministration
Dear Editor:
SMU’s in place procedures or the lack thereof produced its”death penalty.”
Now SMU’s procedures or the lack thereof have producedsuch poor attendance at its football and basketball games that itmust eliminate its track and field program for financialreasons.
To deal with this problem of such poor attendance, its currentprocedure is to threaten its football and basketball coaches toproduce winning seasons or else! Or else what?!
The past and present SMU administrations are directlyresponsible for the lack of pride and loyalty its students, alumni, faculty and fans once had in SMU.
