The SMU women’s golf team will travel to Oklahoma this weekend to compete in their final tournament of the regular season. The Susie Maxwell Berning Classic in Norman, Okla. will be the last stop for the Mustangs before the Conference USA Championships at the end of the month.
Last year’s classic hosted 16 teams, eight from the Big 12 and two from C-USA. The Mustangs finished second in that tournament behind Oklahoma State with Laura Cross finishing third in the individual standings.
The Mustangs will tee off on Sunday.
