Senior District Judge Jerry Buchmeyer heard arguments for three hours yesterday in the University Gardens case.
The case was heard after a half-year delay due to a series of legal maneuvers by University Gardens condo owner Gary Vodicka.
Both sides submitted briefs before the Monday hearing to be reviewed by Judge Buchmeyer.
At the conclusion of the hearing, Judge Buchmeyer told both parties that he would take everything under advisement and issue a ruling from the bench.
He gave no timeline on when a ruling would come and no indication of how long the process would take.
