Tim Jankovich is currently the head coach at Illinois State where he led the Redbirds to a 21-14 season in 2012. Before moving to Illinios Jankovich served as head coach for the University of North Texas, Hutchinson Community College and Vanderbilt. Jankovich graduated cum laude from Kansas State.
Jerrance Howard served as an assistant coach at his alma mater Illinois before being fired early April. Howard played a key role as a player for Illinois until graduating in 2004.
Rodney Strickland currently holds an administrative role for the University of Kentucky’s basketball program. Prior to coaching, Strickland was a first round NBA Draft pick for the New York Knicks in 1988. During his NBA career, Strickland played for teams such as the Miami Heat, Orlando Magic, San Antonio Spurs and the Houston Rockets. Strickland graduated from DePaul University and is the godfather of 2011 NBA Draft first overall pick, Kyrie Irving.
