Welcome to our weekly news recap where we talk everything Dallas, style and, most importantly, fashion.
1. Tiffany & Co. debuts new documentary
On Tuesday, Tiffany & Co. debuted a new short film titled “Some Style is Legendary,” by Director R.J. Cutler, the genius behind The September Issue. The documentary stars none other than author/artist/perfumer and former Vogue creative director Grace Coddington, who stepped down from the magazine in January. The film, starring Lypita Wyong’o and Elle Fanning, centers on her work as the creative partner for Tiffany’s fall advertising campaign, which she, of course, turned into some lovable cartoons. 2. Ralph Lauren to write memoir
During my first year at SMU a boy tried to tell me that Ralph Lauren was French – I promptly responded with the fact that the classic American designer was born in the Bronx (Lauren wasn’t even his last name). But that’s just one part of the designer’s life and career, which spans 50 years. You’ll be able to read all about it in his memoir coming out next fall for the anniversary of his namesake company, WWD reports.
3. Transgender models cover Harper’s BAZAAR
For the first time in the magazine’s nearly 150 year history, transgender models are appearing on the cover. As part of Harper’s BAZAAR India’s Instagram campaign, nine diverse models embody Jean Shrimpton’s iconic 1965 cover, Refinery29 reports.

The answer to our designer collaboration prayers is here with the first images from the Kenzo X H&M campaign. We’re still reliving last year’s smash hit collection with Balmain, but we’ll just have to bide our time imagining our potential shopping bags until the designs hit stores Nov. 3.
