Originally located in Frisco, Pizzeria Testa is bringing their Italian family heritage to their first location in Dallas. According to GuideLive, the restaurant is maintaining their Neapolitan tradition through imported ingredients from Naples. Salads, calzones and three different categories of pizzas make up the menu.

When poke became wildly popular, more restaurants were opened specifically serving raw fish, vegetables and rice. At Poke Bop on Lemmon Ave. they took poke to whole new level. When people think poke they think of a bowl; however, Poke Bop created the doughnut.
According to the Dallas Observer, the doughnut is a sushi roll without the seaweed that’s shaped into a circle. Even though there’s no taste change between a traditional role and a doughnut, it’s all about the appearance.
