Theory in Highland Park Village honored two Dallas-based fashion bloggers, Heather Anderson and Tiffany Davros, for a private shopping event which debuted the new Spring 2018 collection on Feb. 8. The evening included complimentary champagne and charcuterie by neighboring eatery Royal Blue Grocery, and Theory provided personal styling expertise, 20 percent off their urban apparel, and a $250 gift card drawing.

Chris Kahle, manager of Theory, was quick to share his favorite pieces from the Spring collections.

Chris Kahle warmly welcomed guests with champagne, appetizers, and fashion advice.

“My favorite piece for men is the Rye Zip-Front Shirt Jacket because I can pair it back to anything in the collection,” Kahle said. “I love that I can take one item and match it with anything, such as pastel Common Project sneakers.”

Anderson and Davros return to the store after a successful event just last fall. Their lines, So Heather and Street Style Squad, respectively, were featured prominently in the store.

“So Heather” originated back to Anderson’s high school days when fellow acquaintances came across a top or jacket and say “that’s so Heather.”

Anderson stands beside her favorite wearable pieces for women.

“I changed my previous blog name, Style by Influence, to this because it’s easy to understand, something recognizable, and unique to me,” Anderson said.

In addition, Anderson describes Theory as a “very effortless, fitting, and high quality line with an edgy twist that matches a lot of people’s styles. My personal styles are minimal and edgy which is why I love throwing on a leather moto jacket or boucle flounce blazer over a tasteful, silk lace top. You can wear a Theory look from desk to drinks.”

Davros has a similar view of the Theory collection. She sported the ivory silk crossover tank designed with a seductive neckline made of light georgette for added feminity and movement. The polished-open front crepe clean blazer completed the flattering, streamline look with a clean neckline and besom pockets.
