SMU student dies in her home

Sarah Margaret Flanigan died at her home in Lemon Heights, Calif. March 22. Flanigan was 18 years old and a first-year student at SMU this past Fall 2013. She was also member of the SMU Belle Tones, a cappella singing group on campus.

Services for Flanigan include a viewing March 28 from 7 to 8:30 p.m and a ceremony March 29 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Both services will be held at Wilding Manor, 11691 Wilding Road in Santa Ana, Calif.

A “Celebration of Life” party for Flanigan will be held following the ceremony, also at Wilding Manor. For more information, visit the Facebook event “A Celebration of Sarah’s Life.”
