Panera Bread, one of the most beloved restaurants across the US, which started as a single, 400-square-foot cookie store in Boston, Massachusetts, has now become a famous restaurant brand with approximately 2,300 bakery-coffee places across the country and Canada. It is now open every weekday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., apart from Fridays, when it opens at 8:30 a.m. and it closes at 3 p.m. It is located in the Hughes-Trigg Student Center, where SMU students are more than welcome to sit at a table, eat, socialize, work, or enjoy their own activities in a closed, pleasant area. Products can be purchased with FLEX dollars. Everything is fresh and prepared every day, so you can come by if you want a healthy snack of any kind.
