What is your fashion style?:
My big influences right now are Rian Phin, Brenda Hashtag and this fashion brand called Women’s History Month. I’ve just really been into their style. It’s kind of avant-garde mixed with a lot of social commentary. I think that it’s important to have a statement with what you’re saying with your clothes, so I try to follow creators who also communicate through fashion – I love that.
What are you wearing? (if there are specific brands, etc.):
I’m wearing these bedazzled Adidas, track pants that I’ve had since I worked at Nordstrom in high school. Both of my tops are thrifted – [Top] One’s from Aéropostale that I got at the Goodwill Bins, and then the other one’s [bottom] just a Brandy Melville thing I thrifted somewhere in Seattle. All my jewelry is also thrifted, and it’s a mix of vintage – some of it’s from a jewelry jar, some of it’s from Goodwill, and some of it’s from vintage stores.
What are your favorite places to shop?:
In Dallas, I would say my favorite places to shop are probably 2nd Street and AA Vintage, but both can get a little expensive for me personally.
What would you never be caught wearing?:
Well, it’s actually funny because if you had asked me this question six months ago, I would say I would never be caught dead in slides, but since I blew my knee out [ACL tear], I’ve now had to wear slides, which has been horrific. Thankfully, they’re Burkenstock clogs, Boston clogs. They’re not as bad as slides, but I would never be caught dead in like slide slides. Now, I would never be caught wearing Parke. I think that brand is spiritually chopped.
Who is your fashion inspiration? (can be a model, designer, brand, etc.):
I would say Rian Phin and Women’s History Museum are really a big inspiration for me. As far as designers, I’m a super huge fan of Iris Van Herpen and Scaparelli. I think that Daniel Rosemary is a fucking [bleep] genius.
Do you have a dominant color that you wear?:
I would say pink and black are my most dominant colors.

What is your fashion style?
I think it’s very eclectic in some ways. I have my classy bits, but I get my style inspiration from my mom. I consider myself a fashionista, but my mom is really the fashionista. She’s really built me up in my fashion sense right now.
What are you wearing? (if there are specific brands, etc.)
I went for a Texas look, even though I am from California. I like to cosplay as a Texas native. I obviously have my cowboy boots from Cavenders, and then this matching set. I also like to dress it up with different types of jewelry. I love gold. That’s my favorite type of jewelry, but I love to accessorize.
What are your favorite places to shop?
I love a good Anthropologie and thrift store. I am obsessed with Revolve right now because they have all different types of things. The RealReal is a great place if you want to shop designer stuff, but don’t want to pay full price for it.
What would you never be caught wearing?
That is a hard one. Board shorts.
A lot of people say skinny jeans, but I think you can really dress it up and put on some cute boots with it and a cute little shirt. I don’t really have any “oh my god, I would absolutely not wear anything” because you can turn anything into beauty, honestly, in the fashion world.
Who is your fashion inspiration? (can be a model, designer, brand, etc.)
My mom, obviously. I also think Pharrell Williams has some great pieces. I love Naomi Campbell. She has great pieces. Beyonce, great pieces on tour. Zara Larsson, great pieces on tour.
Do you have a dominant color that you wear?
That’d be pink. I know I’m not wearing it right now, but I love pink, and it’s my favorite color. I think blue also. Any type of denim, because I love jeans.
