For those looking for a place to score SMU athletic gear, the search is over. Saturday, April 25 the Athletic department will hold a public “garage sale” during the SMU Red & Blue Scrimmage.
A pre-sale will be open to SMU students, faculty and staff with an SMU ID on Friday, April 24 from 10 a.m. to 3p.m. in the Hall of Champions on the third floor of the Loyd All-Sports Center.
The public sale is beneficial in more than one way, explained SMU Sports Information Director, Brad Sutton. “We are helping alleviate the surplus of inventory as well as supply our fans with some great gear. You can expect something from any and every team at the sale.”
The Friday pre-sale may be the best bet for SMU sports fans to get some of the more desirable products. All items will be sold as is and all sales are final. Accepted methods of payment will be cash or check only.
