Thursday Feb. 28: Meadows School of Arts Event – The Supreme Court in the Age of Trump
SMU students are invited to the O’Donnell Hall at the Owen Arts Center for the William J. O’Neil Lecture in Business Journalism. Featuring writer and journalist David A. Kaplan, the lecture will highlight topics from his recent book, “The Most Dangerous Branch: Inside the Supreme Court’s Assault on the Constitution.” Admission is free, and the lecture is from 3:30-4:30 p.m.
Friday March 1: Soundings – Rituals of War and Death
Stop by the Nasher Sculpture Center for the performance by The Percussion Collective, joined by pianist and SoundingsArtistic Director Seth Knopp. They will perform a collection of eastern of western sounds inspired by Francisco Goya’s famous etchings, “Los Desastres de Guerra (The Disasters of War).” The event starts at 7:30 p.m. and student tickets are $10, and general admission is $35.

Saturday March 2: Dallas Mavericks vs. Memphis Grizzlies
See the Dallas Mavericks play against Memphis Grizzlies. The event will be at the American Airlines Center and starts at 7:30 p.m. Tickets vary in price.
