If you’ve ever wanted to meet a millionaire, now’s your chance.
Three SMU students who won a grand prize on a nationally televised program this summer will be doing a meet-and-greet session with the SMU community today in the Hughes-Trigg Commons from noon until 1 p.m.
Francis Goldshmid, Sam Khurana and Charles Taylor were featured on this summer’s television show “Treasure Hunters.” The trio, which gave itself the name “The Geniuses” for the show, completed a variety of different tasks — deciphering codes, searching for clues, racing to competition sites — in a multitude of different countries. The group was considered an underdog for the majority of the summer, but they pulled a come-from-behind win in the season finale to win the $3 million.
