Hyer Hall was evacuated at noon Thursday after two students became ill, according to an e-mail sent to the SMU community by the university.
The students had been watching a medical video in a psychology class. Emergency vehicles arrived on site to provide medical attention to the two students.
Hyer was re-opened and students were back in class around 12:15.
