The SMU Fitness Program will host Dance Party on Wednesday, Feb. 13, from 6-7 p.m. in the Dedman Center for Lifetime Sports.

Dance Party is a Valentine’s Day-themed Group X class. The fitness department offers exercise programs like Group X classes to promote an overall healthy lifestyle.

“GX classes are so inclusive,” SMU student Ujala Virani said. “You don’t even need to know how to dance to have fun and get a good work out in.”

Anyone who participates is encouraged to wear pink or red in celebration of the holiday. Dance Party will take place on Basketball court three on the building’s main floor.

SMU students, faculty and staff must provide their SMU ID cards to attend this event for free. Guests may purchase a visiting pass for $10.
